You left a few out, though:

Athletics: You attempt to snatch the pie right out of the orc's hands. Automatic failure unless you have sufficiently distracted the orc (accumulated a majority of successes), in which case you might just pull it off.

Nature: Once an Insight check has been successful, you can use this skill to attempt to bribe the orc with herbal allergy remedies of dubious efficacy, granting a +2 bonus to your next Diplomacy check, or a +4 bonus if you are not a chirurgeon but play one on the crystal ball.

Endurance: You attempt to wait until the orc falls asleep, and then steal the pie. Can you handle boredom better than an orc who's been standing alone in a featureless 10-foot-cube with a pie for who knows how long? Do you feel lucky? Well, do you, punk?

Streetwise: You make the orc an offer he can't refuse. Can he?

Profession (cook): You say the hell with it and make your own pie... oh, wait, no you don't -- there are no profession skills in 4e! Sucker!
