Pathfinder Core Rules PDF to be priced at $10
It’s official, folks, at least according to Vic Wertz, Paizo‘s Technical Director. The PDF version of the Pathfinder Core Rules, a 572-page hardcover book that will run $50 (which is costly but considering it’s a PHB and DMG in one, it’s cheap) , will be sold for $10. Personally, I think it’s a brilliant decision. I was already planning on buying the hardcover at GenCon and I’ll definitely be buying the PDF afterwards.

I think you’re right on target saying that they’re both more then reasonably priced. $50 for pretty much everything you need – not to mention the prevalence of coupons at bookstores and such. Plus, Paizo comes out with such high quality products, and the artwork on Pathfinder merchandise (while being repeated in many places) has been gorgeous. A beautiful product, and the PDF for computer use and easy image-pulling. $60 for the package is a steal!
