They obviously do not have the personal to deliver. Sure, it will hurt their bottom line, but right now they're going almost nowhere with this. A year and half after the promised deliver, and we only have a buggy fraction of. Thankfully their are plenty of online tools that do the job already; less eye candy but they're free. They need to get a clue and hire an experienced software company to do this work for them. They obviously do not have the personal to deliver. There really aren't any instructions beyond "uninstall, reboot, reinstall" on page 1. The installation failed. It just won't install.
